1General Policy

Refunds for tournament entry fees are subject to the policies set by individual tournament organizers. Skedge provides the platform for payment processing but does not set refund policies for individual tournaments.

2Organizer Discretion

Tournament organizers have full discretion over refund policies for their tournaments. Organizers may choose to offer full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds depending on the circumstances and timing of the request.

3Refund Requests

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Contact the tournament organizer directly through the app
  2. 2Explain the reason for your refund request
  3. 3The organizer will process the refund through Skedge if approved
  4. 4The refund will be returned to your original payment method

4Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5Platform Fees

Important Notice

The platform fee charged by Skedge, and the payment processing billed at cost alongside it, are non-refundable. If an organizer issues a refund, the platform fee portion will not be returned.

6Disputes

Disputes regarding refunds should be resolved directly with the tournament organizer. Skedge is not responsible for mediating refund disputes between organizers and participants.
