1General Policy
Refunds for tournament entry fees are subject to the policies set by individual tournament organizers. Skedge provides the platform for payment processing but does not set refund policies for individual tournaments.
2Organizer Discretion
Tournament organizers have full discretion over refund policies for their tournaments. Organizers may choose to offer full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds depending on the circumstances and timing of the request.
3Refund Requests
How to Request a Refund

- 4The refund will be returned to your original payment method
4Processing Time
Refunds processed through Skedge typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Important Notice
The all-in platform fee charged by Skedge — which includes Stripe payment processing — is non-refundable. If an organizer issues a refund, the platform fee portion will not be returned.
6Disputes
Disputes regarding refunds should be resolved directly with the tournament organizer. Skedge is not responsible for mediating refund disputes between organizers and participants.
